It is a component of the heating system that is supplied as an option to the heat generator to improve the distribution of air in the volume of the structure. The treated air is homogeneously distributed to get thermal uniformity and there is also the beneficial effect of limiting thermal stratification.

It consists of a ducting into which the flow of air from the generator is introduced and distributed through specially designed holes based on the aeraulic performance of the heating system.

The diffusers can be made with different materials, from sheet metal to plastic and various types of textile membranes.
